We will not be held responsible for any communication errors due to the supply of wrong information.
Tummies full of love distribution of door-to-door deliveries are done by a private courier company.
Deliveries will take place within 5-7 working days after the order has been placed. Customers will be informed of delayed orders telephonically.
Delivery days may vary between Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Times will depend on the courier’s routes for the day and will take place between 10am and 5pm on the confirmed day.
Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm if you are available to receive your order on the scheduled delivery day.
Failure in communicating your unavailability on the day of delivery will be invoiced against your account.
An additional admin fee of R50 as well as the total of delivery fee will be invoiced to you again before rescheduling the delivery.
Collection from the Centurion factory can be arranged if and when needed.
Upon receiving your order from the courier, please check that you sign for the correct order name and number displayed on the box.
You will have to sign a courier receipt, stating the time that delivery took place.
It is your responsibility to handle your parcel with care once received.
All orders are packed in isolated coolers with 2 ice packs to keep orders frozen during transit.
The size of the cooler needed is calculated.
This packaging is not intended to keep food frozen for long periods of time.
Your order should be placed in a freezer IMMEDIATELY after you’ve received it.
Should you have any defrosted food it needs to be communicated within an hour of receiving your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to accept any returns.

In case of incorrect orders we will add the necessary missing items with your next order.
Keep your invoice received with your order for replacing missing items.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to add the missing products without proof of your order number and invoice added in your box.
Please take note that we do not take responsibility for defrosted products if you were unavailable for receiving your order.
